All new families will create a FACTS' tuition payment account for the 2025-2026 school year.  Tuition, lunch, field trips and incidental payments will be made using the FACTS' program.  

Please go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3YXTG to create your FACTS' account no later than Friday, June 20, 2025.  Tuition will be posted to family FACTS' accounts in early July 2025.

Payment will be made through FACTS’ secure online payment website.  Online payments can be made via:

• Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) – ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly through your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved from either your checking or savings account.
• Credit or Debit Card – If you elect to use this option, your payment, along with a 3% fee, will be automatically charged to your credit card.  Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted. Paying with your credit card allows you to take advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card company, but does incur a fee.

 
When Setting Up FACTS
Be sure to have your payment account information ready for the person responsible for payment: 
For ACH (most of the information is located on your check):

• bank name
• telephone number
• account number
• bank routing number. 

For credit or debit card, have your card information available.
 
Families will be able to choose their tuition payment schedule through FACTS'

• One full payment in July, 
• two payments due in July and January, 
• four quarterly payments due July, October, January and March, or 
• ten monthly payments beginning in July 2025. 

Equal payments will be automatically deducted from a designated checking or savings account, or automatically charged to a credit or debit card (with a 3% service fee added for credit or debit card payments only) on 15th of the month.
